*Responsible for the maintenance of the organisation financial management systems (SAGA/NAVISION) and for the leading of the development of ancillary reporting templates and systems
*Take shared responsibility for the financial aspects of consultant payments, procurement and stock management in the field
*Act as focal point for programme budget design and development for designated countries
*Liaise with programme management to prepare project budgets for submission to donors
*Prepare perodic reports to donors
*Provide support to country programes in developing their financial management (including country visits where necessary)
Ideal candidate will have substantial accounts experience in a similar role and be a fluent French speaker. Good IT and communication skills are essential and previous Navision experience is highly desirable.
