Well established manufacturing / engineering client based in Ilkeston are currently looking for an experienced accounts assistant with Excellent Excel Skills . Reporting into the office manager, you main duties as Accounts Assistant will include
Booking foreign currency ( EURO & USD)
Bank postings ( EURO & USD)
Produce sales invoices ( EURO & USD)
Responsible for all overseas debt, chasing these customers for payment
Raise weekly payments ( EURO & USD)
Responsible for all export documentation , letters of credit, contracts for sale under deposit balance
Proof of export documentation
Processing all paperwork relating to haulage, commission and demurrage charges
The role is paying £20,000 - £22,000 and hours of work are 8.30 - 5 Mon - Fri with 30 mins lunch, 20 days holiday and a fantastic company to be part of.
