Our client based in Flitwick is seeking an experienced accounts assistant to carry out a variety of accounts based tasks on a daily basis. You will be speaking to a variety of contacts gathering relevant information related to the accounts duties.

This will involve:

  • Inputting and filing of purchasing invoices
  • Reconciliation of supplier statements and informing them of any queries
  • Updating spreadsheets
  • Inputting of staff expenses
  • carrying out the petty cash administration
  • Completing credit applications for suppliers
  • Any other Ad-hoc accounts based duties

For this position you must have had 2 years experience in an accounts based position and be intermediate level on Excel.

Working hours for this position are 9AM - 5.15PM Monday - Friday

This will come with an annual salary between £21,000 - £23,000 depending on experience.
