Jenson Fisher have been engaged on a retained basis by one of our valued clients to recruit an Accounts Assistant on a permanent, full time basis. Working within an established finance team, the role of the Accounts Assistant is to support the Management Accountant and ensure that daily deadlines are met. Using a bespoke finance package alongside Microsoft Excel, the successful candidate will ideally have previous experience in a similar role and your responsibilities will include;
- Processing purchase invoices.
- Matching, batching and coding invoices.
- Reconciling supplier statements.
- Bank reconciliations.
- Calculating accruals and prepayments.
- Working across multiple currencies.
- Supporting at both month and year end.
