Alexander Knight Recruitment are currently recruiting on behalf of one of their successful clients who are based in Feering, near Colchester, Essex.

This exciting opportunity is to join their busy Finance team who are looking for an experienced Accounts Assistant.

Previous use of Sage 50 and Excel is required and an excellent attention to detail.

Accounts Assistant - Responsibilities

  • Answering Incoming calls
  • Assisting in client queries
  • Assisting in completing credit insurance documents
  • Processing new business applications
  • Credit checking and credit limit management
  • Processing Direct Debits
  • Input new data on bespoke system
  • Reconciling invoices
  • Bank reconciliation
  • Importing Data
  • Chasing overdue debts
  • Invoicing
  • Sage duties
  • Over-seeing other team members

There is free on-site parking and an excellent working environment is offered.

Owing to the location of the office, a full driving licence and your own transport is preferred.
