£23,000 + Pension
This much respected local organisation are seeking an experienced Sales Ledger Assistant with excellent organisation skills to join their happy and successful team.
Some of your duties will include:
- Costing jobs that have been completed, raising sales invoices and posting onto accounts system
- Managing any invoice queries that occur and ensuring all issues are resolved in a timely manner
- Allocating payments received to clients account and preparing daily banking reports
- Identifying overdue client accounts and chasing payments by telephone and email
- Producing debtor reports and forecasts for the management team on a weekly basis
- Assisting with the purchase ledger function as and when needed and processing supplier payments
