Bruckshaw Associates are recruiting for our Cheltenham based manufacturing client, a global organisation with a strong brand presence and customer base. They are looking to add an experienced Accounts Assistant to join their thriving team on a permanent basis. Reporting directly to the finance manager this role is offering a wide range of exposure within a professional and successful finance function.
A very hands on and varied role, main responsibilities will include, assisting with monthly inter-company reconciliations, maintenance of petty cash, processing of expense claims and credit card transactions, to assist with the processing and posting to the ledgers of supplier invoices, assisting with both monthly and quarterly reporting and to assist with the record keeping and management accounts of a number of Head office companies.
Perfect opportunity for an all-round accounts assistant looking to be part of a thriving team, you will need previous experience of a similar role, good working knowledge of Microsoft office and excel, organised with the ability to prioritise and plan your own workload, good attention to detail and highly accurate.
Must be confident, with a positive outlook, self-motivated and display the communications kills to liaise with a variety of team members both finance an non finance.
