As an Accounts Manager your role will entail:
-Annual returns monthly filing online and reminders settings
-Invoicing of completed jobs and tracking progress
-Monthly deadlines and targets are on track
-Monthly vat filing monitoring and online registrations for new clients
-Corporation tax filing online ensure all completed within deadlines
-Personal Tax returns deadlines monitoring and liaising with clients for records due
-Clients records and up to date status on monthly accounts jobs
-Monitor outsourced jobs and ensuring records scanned to them as they come in and track progress.
-All monthly jobs deadlines status monitoring
-Drafting client engagement letters for new - template is there
-Credit control - twice a month or as required.
-Managing office in Arif's absence and dealing with client queries.
-Looking after office supplies, stationery
-Working closely with office manager
-Dealing with renewals due on rental properties
-Repairs o/s and follow up procedures
-Accounting and payments per property on a monthly basis
-Gas safety UPTODATE
-Tenant Deposit registration procedures and check if up to date
-Uploading new property to Zoopla and relevant re-let procedures
-Mail merge ability is essential
The ideal candidate would have these skills:
- QuickBooks expereince
-Confidence with clients
-Sage data entry
