Reporting into the Finance Manager, this role includes managing the accounts payable and accounts receivable ledger. You will be responsible for everything from processing/raising invoices, payment runs, reconciliations, petty cash to assisting with month end duties. Month end duties will involve balance sheet reconciliations, journals etc.
Successful candidates will have previous experience in a similar role and be happy to -commit to a long term role within a company that is experiencing growth year on year. Strong attention to detail and excellent communications skills are essential to secure this role, as you will be required to liaise with clients/colleagues at all levels. Strong MS Excel skills along with acknowledge of an accounting system are required.
