Recruit 121 Finance and Accounting are currently working in partnership with an established brand near Haverfordwest who are looking for a temporary Accounts Assistant to join them as soon as possible. For the right candidate this has the real potential to become a permanent role!

Key Responsibilities:

* Responsible for daily duties of Purchase Ledger, Sales Ledger and Credit Control functions

* Supporting the Accountant with monthly Management Accounts

* Compiling data for reports

* Reconcile P/L month-end balances

* Petty Cash

* Daily banking and posting of receipts

* Maintaining debtor ledgers to enable timely collection of monies owed

Essential Skills:

* Ability to quickly build rapport both internally and externally with customers

* Previous experience within a similar role is desirable

* Knowledge of Kerridge is desirable but not essential as training will be provided

* Strong admin skills & ability to identify & distinguish between basic commercial documents e.g. documents e.g. orders/invoices/ statements/ customer remittances
