Elevation Recruitment Group are currently working in partnership with an established business in Doncaster, who are now looking to recruit an experienced Accounts Assistant for a period of 6 months. The role has the potential to become permanent on the successful completion of the initial contract.

The successful applicant will provide much needed support to the current team in line with a current system change.

For the role of temporary Accounts Assistant, your duties will include:

- Processing expenses
- Support to the ledger clerks
- Assistance in the implementation of new procedures
- Support with the new system
- Support in the improvement process
- Purchase invoice matching and processing
- Preparation of ad hoc reports
- Completion of PL Statement Reconciliations
- Ad hoc accounts duties

Elevation Accountancy & Finance are looking to speak to candidates with the following skills and experiences:

- Previous accounts experience
- Previous experience of processing expenses
- Previous experience of working within a fast paced finance department is essential
- A good eye for detail
- The ability to meet deadlines and targets
- Strong excel skills
- Strong organisational skills
- Able to commit to a 6 month contract
