To support their small finance team they are looking for an experienced Accounts Assistant to support the Finance Manager.
Working within a friendly, down to earth environment duties will include
- Inputting a high number of supplier invoices
- Following up invoice queries
- Matching despatch notes
- Following up credit notes and statements
- Credit Card reconciliation
- A small amount of credit control
- Preparation of payment runs
You will need to be experienced with confidence in working in a busy environment. The ability to use your own initiative with a high level of accuracy, good communication skills with the capability to plan and prioritise your workload.
This role would suit an outgoing individual who is looking to join a busy and sociable office. Parking is available.
