I am currently working with a well-established company based in Redditch. They are looking to expand their office team. This company are looking to grow this year quite rapidly. This company are a family run business who can offer a fantastic full-time role.
Day to day duties will include the following:
- Supporting the Accounts Manager with processing invoices on Sage
- Taking in coming calls from customers and supporting them with their needs
- Processing quotes
- Ordering parts and liaising with the manufacturing department
- Taking control of social media and working on the company website
- General administration duties
As a person you will need the following qualities and experience:
- Have experience of working on SAGE 50
- Understand how to just social media
- Have a can do attitude
- Strong administration skills
- Understand how a small business works
This role can offer working a 25 hour week and also have free parking.
