Sheridan Maine is recruiting an Accounts Assistant to join a £35m turnover IT Solutions business in Fareham. Due to continued growth, we are assisting with the recruitment of an Accounts Assistant to join their stable and successful finance team, working in a diverse and very busy role!

As an Accounts Assistant, you will report to the Finance Manager. Duties include:
  • Purchase Ledger invoicing - matching / coding
  • Sales Ledger duties including query resolution
  • Credit Control
  • Supplier and bank reconciliations
  • BACS/CHAPS payments
  • Payroll support
The successful applicant will have the following attributes:
  • Proven experience working as a Bookkeeper / Accounts Manager / Accounts Assistant / Assistant Accountant / Finance Assistant
  • Confident working on Sage Line 50
  • Accurate inputting skills
