Our client is part of a larger group of companies within the Financial Services sector and is experiencing growth within their established Finance team.
They are looking for another Accounts Assistant to join their team on a permanent basis. Some administrative duties and phone work will be required so the ideal candidate must have great communication skills and a light background with invoicing/finance.
Main duties include:
- Process funding onto their system
- Reconciliation of accounts
- Inputting financial data into Excel
- Create and send out letters to be sent to customers
- Ad hoc office duties
The successful candidate will have:
- Experience using Excel
- Great communications skills
- Good attention to detail
