Orka Financial is currently working with a client on an exciting new opportunity based in Godalming. The client is currently recruiting for an Accounts Assistant on an on-going contract basis.

Duties include:

  • Posting Journals.
  • Intercompany accounting.
  • Raising Invoices & credit control.
  • Balance sheet account Management - monthly reconciliations.
  • Accounts Payable - Processing incoming invoices for payment.
  • Maintaining vendor master for timely payments.
  • Liaising with customers to resolve queries.
  • Bank Reconciliation- Agreeing to bank statements at month end.
  • Maintaining exchange rates on to accounting system.
  • Decreased outstanding intercompany items.
