• Matching invoices
• Loading PO's
• Data Entry onto Sage Line 50 system
• Processing invoices
• General admin duties as required by the line manager.
The idea accounts assistant will have the following:
• Experience using Sage Line 50
• Experience in an accounts role or similar
• An efficient and proactive work manner
• A keen eye for detail
• An ability to work to deadlines in a busy office environment
This is initially a temporary position with the prospect of turning permanent for the right person. Working hours will require the accounts assistant to work Monday to Friday between 9AM and 5PM.
Salary for this position is dependent on experience.
