This well-established organisation are looking for a temporary accounts assistant to join their existing team.
Accounts Assistant - About The Role
In this role you will be assisting the daily function of the accounts team. The role will include taking responsibility for the purchase ledger preparation, obtaining invoicing approval and entry, some elements of support within the payroll process and genal accounting duties to support the team. This position will be an ongoing role working within a very established finance team.
The successful Accounts Assistant will have
- Must have previous experience as an Accounts Assistant or in a similar position.
- Qualifications: Use of MS office package.
- Attention to detail.
- Be able to communicate with all levels of staff.
- This is a temporary role and therefore you should be available immediately
