KCR Solutions are currently seeking an Accounts Assistant to work for this successful company in Gateshead.
Salary £17,000 - £19,000 - Depending on experience
- Responsible for the Purchase Ledger
- Inputting and matching invoices onto the system
- Tracking payments and doing sales ledger invoices
- Chasing debts by phone and email
- Responsible for company expenses and managing company credit cards
- Allocating expenses costs to the appropriate account
- Bank reconciliations
- Managing petty cash
- Preparing accruals and pre payments
- Experience in a similar role
- Good attention to detail
