Temporary - 3-4 weeks
We are recruiting for an Accounts Assistant to work in Newport on a temporary basis with an immediate start available.
Key duties and skills required include:
*Must have experience reconciling accounts and can use look-ups etc. on Excel
*Need to be able to use their own initiative and solve problems on their own
*Main task will be to reconcile self bills against our time sheet reports using a spreadsheet to highlight differences/errors.
*Using the spreadsheet that they create, credits and self billed invoices will need to be posted to SAFE financials then credits allocated to the relevant invoice
*Cash received will then need to be allocated against self bills.
