Our client are seeking an accounts assistant to join the team.
Your main duties will be to:
Prepare cashbooks - 4 inter companies
Update bank balance spread sheet
Posting of the cash books
Raise inter company sales invoices
Analysis of expenses and processing the payments monthly
Posting petty cash book journal onto inter company system
To be successful in this application you must:
Cash book experience is essential in this role
Cash reporting experience
Experience on Pegasus is desirable
Dealing in Euro, US is desirable but not essential
Some payroll experience is desirable but not essential
