The role of Accounts Assistant sits within a small but busy finance team for a company based near the Oxfordshire/Berkshire border.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a talented individual who is looking to gain finance experience and have genuine exposure to a variety of finance functions.
Ensure up to date and accurate pricing across the business
- Maintain all rebates and accruals
- Process all new customer accounts in a timely and accurate manner
- Maintain the purchase ledger, applying invoices and resolving queries as they arise
- Reconcile and raise queries on supplier statements
- Prepare the weekly payment run
- Work internally across departments within simplehuman to help inform others of financial controls
- Collect and maintain product attributes to be updated within our Product Information Management system.
- Become a finance expert within the business and apply a customer led focus in everything you do.
