This is a rare and exciting opportunity to join an impressive and fast growing organisation as an Accounts Assistant for a period of 12 months covering Maternity.

The role of Accounts Assistant sits within a small but busy finance team for a company based near the Oxfordshire/Berkshire border.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a talented individual who is looking to gain finance experience and have genuine exposure to a variety of finance functions.

Role functions:

Ensure up to date and accurate pricing across the business

  • Maintain all rebates and accruals
  • Process all new customer accounts in a timely and accurate manner
  • Maintain the purchase ledger, applying invoices and resolving queries as they arise
  • Reconcile and raise queries on supplier statements
  • Prepare the weekly payment run
  • Work internally across departments within simplehuman to help inform others of financial controls
  • Collect and maintain product attributes to be updated within our Product Information Management system.
  • Become a finance expert within the business and apply a customer led focus in everything you do.
