Reporting into the Financial Controller, your main duties will include:
*Matching and posting high volume purchase ledger invoices;
*Making BACs payments in a timely and accurate manner;
*Supplier statement reconciliations;
*Assist with weekly cash and bank postings;
*Monitoring and reconciliation of bank accounts;
*Raising of sales ledger invoices, copy invoices and credit notes;
*Analysis and posting of credit card transactions;
The successful Accounts Assistant with have a proactive approach, with the ability to deliver required tasks, within the deadlines.
