Redwood Search is currently working on a great Accounts Assistant role working for an international business based in Malvern.
Offering a competitive salary of £18,000 - £20,000 as well as AAT study support our client is looking to add somebody with previous Accounts experience but also willing to learn and develop further.
The successful candidate will be complete the below duties on a day to day basis.
- Purchase ledger – Processing invoices onto the company Finance system whist Liaising with suppliers about any potential queries before processing payment runs.
- Sales Ledger receipts onto Class and Sage ledgers
- Deposit account charges
- Monitoring & Reconciling staff expenses
- Chasing overdue payments
- Agent's commission payments
- Petty cash
- Payroll (Which can be trained)
- Maintain staff holiday/sickness records
- Bank reconciliations (Monthly)
- Credit card reconciliations
- Assisting with the preparation of quarterly and annual reporting of the accounts.
