Accounts Assistant - Gateshead - £18,000 - £22,000
Your new company
An established SME business based in Gateshead are looking to recruit an Accounts Assistant, where you will be responsible for the full day to day accounting.
Your new role
You will be responsible for both the purchase and sales ledger, credit control, account reconciliations and payroll. Alongside this you will also deal with the petty cash and other administrative duties within the department.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need to have experience of working within a standalone role and be able to manage and organise your own workload effectively. You will also have excellent communication skills and good attention to detail. The ideal person will have knowledge of using Sage software and be studying or qualified in AAT.
What you'll get in return
This is a full time permanent role working Monday to Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm.
