Temporary Accounts Assistant role in Nelson - Contract until the end of May - £10.92 per hour - Onsite parking

Your new company
Your new company is a well known and reputable company based in Nelson, Lancashire. Due to a recent acquisition, this business is seeking an experienced accounts assistant until the end of May to assist them through this transition process.

Your new role
Your new role as accounts assistant will be to process the purchase invoices, sales ledger and generating orders. Alongside this, you will be expected to manage the direct debits and staff expenses. You will be working on Sage line 50 and using basic excel functions such as formulas. This is a full time role between the hours of 9am - 5pm with a 4pm finish on a Friday.

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you would need to be immediately available and be confident within your skills of accounts including demonstration of purchase ledger, sales ledger and general admin support. You should have good knowledge of Sage 50 or be able to pick up systems quickly and effectively.

What you'll get in return
In return for this, you will receive an hourly rate of up to £10.92 per hour and work in a relaxed and family friendly environment. You will benefit from 28 days holiday per annum and have onsite parking available. Throughout your assignment, you will have a dedicated consultant who will manage your assignment, keeping in touch with you weekly to ensure you are happy in your placement. You will be paid on a weekly basis.
