Accounts Assistant

My client is looking for an experienced accounts assistant to join their fun and friendly team!


Downloading statements,

Entering BACS/cheque payments into the systems,

Logging declarations into the debiting spreadsheet, data entry into analysis spreadsheets and applying the pivot table to check that rates are correct, contacting the client if there are any rate differences

Adding a debit to the relevant systems for all completed declarations.

Credit control

Liaising with the Account Manager on any outstanding declarations.

Responding to ad-hoc any unallocated cash queries received.

Basic amendments to declaration analysis Excel templates when required.

Responding to missing payment queries

Submitting internal report to all staff on a weekly basis.

Supporting other departments with accounts related queries as required

Ideal candidate must have:

Admin Experience

Good Excel

Excellent Data Entry Skills
