Are you looking for an opportunity within accounts working for a growing business? Sheridan Maine is working closely with a professional services business in Swindon, to recruit an experienced Accounts Assistant.
This is a full time with the option of part-time Accounts Assistant opportunity, and would suit someone who is looking for a bit more exposure from a transactional role.
Working within a small Accounts Team you will be responsible for a wide variety of Accounts Admin duties, with the opportunity to pick up further responsibilities in the future.
The main responsibilities for the successful Accounts Assistant include but are not limited to:
- Purchase ledger processing and matching to PO
- Obtaining budget holder approval for supplier invoices
- Reconciling supplier statements to the purchase ledger
- Journal postings
- Petty cash transactions
- Supporting Senior Management Accountant when required
