My client based in central London, is a well-established National Consultancy specialising in Investment Services are seeking a full time Accounts Assistant to join the team on a permanent basis.
Looking to recruit for a full-time Accounts Assistant based in the City.
-Bank reconciliation/ Reconciling payables/receivables with bank statements
-Reconciling financial planning receipts.
-Liaising with product providers/ wealth managers/ suppliers (Be point of contact)
-Processing/paying supplier invoices and staff expenses
-Capitalisation and depreciation/amortisation of fixed assets, recording these transactions in the fixed asset register and reconciling to general ledger
-Monitor the Finance department email inbox
-Ad-Hoc duties (post and banking cheques)
In order to be successful in this role you will possess and be able to demonstrate:-
· A-Level educated
· Intermediate Microsoft excel (including pivot tables & vlookup formula)
· Microsoft Office
· Experience in a similar role
· Organised, Punctual and efficient
· Prioritising workload
· Working towards tight deadlines
· Willing to commit to personal development in AAT, ACCA or CIMA
