A fantastic new opportunity has arisen within a growing consultancy in Aldershot, for an Accounts Assistant to join their established finance team.

As an Accounts Assistant you will report to the Finance Manager and provide support to the other members of the Financial department. Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Process payments, receipts and invoices
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Credit Control
  • Sales invoicing
  • Expenses
  • Prepare monthly cheque run
  • Supplier statement reconciliations
  • Cash allocation
The successful candidate will have experience using SAP and Microsoft Excel as well as having good general accounting knowledge. Candidates who are studying their AAT qualification or are interested in studying AAT will be considered however at least 1 year of work experience within finance is essential.
