Accounts Assistant

Page Personnel are currently recruiting an Accounts Assistant on behalf of a rapidly expanding Liverpool business. Reporting into the Finance Manager, the successful candidate will become responsible for tranasactional processing and payroll admin.

Client Details

An established Liverpool business operating across the country. The finance team is currently 4 strong and offer the opportunity to study and progress within.


The Accounts assistant will be responsible for:

  • Purchase ledger
  • Credit control
  • Sales ledger - cash allocation
  • Expense payments onto Sage
  • Weekly payroll admin on Sage
  • Various ad hoc duties


The Accounts Assistant must have the following background:

  • Previous experience working in a busy finance department
  • Payroll admin
  • Sage and Excel
  • Ambition to progress
