Job: Accounts Assistant / Purchase Ledger
A fantastic opportunity has become available for an experienced Accounts Assistant to join our dynamic and growing client based in Epping. This role is key in successfully facilitating the day to day billings for the business, therefore the successful candidate should have experience in all aspects of accounts. Duties will include:
- Matching and coding purchase invoices
- Making payments and reconciling statements
- Allocating payments to sites
- Completing month end reconciliations and journals
- Posting cheques & remittance
My client is looking for a candidate that is well organised and has excellent attention to detail. You will be working with high volumes of information so you must be computer literate with intermediate to advanced knowledge of MS Excel. Previous experience of working within a similar high volume accounts role is essential when being considered for this position.
This is a permanent position and my client is ideally looking for someone to interview and start as soon as possible.
