An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Accounts Assistant to join our busy Operations team.

The Main Purpose of the Role:

To complete bookkeeping up to the Trial Balance, whilst reconciling the following ledgers; Debtors, Creditors, Cash Book, Dividends, Salary Control, VAT Nominals and Directors Loan Nominals.

To calculate Limited Company VAT Returns in accordance with HMRC regulations.

To prepare Financial Statements and CT600's for Limited Companies.

Reporting To:

Account Manager- Operations

Main Duties Include:

1. Complete HMRC queries as and when required

2. Provide nominal ledger reconciliations as and when required to clients or other departments

3. Ensuring that clients queries and requested are responded to accurately and in line with company standards

4. Prepare Financial Statements for Limited Companies

5. Prepare CT600's for Limited Companies

This is a full time role working from Monday - Friday from 9:00 - 5.30.

If successful, you will be working in a busy team of 3 people, so we are looking for someone that is willing to fit in and work as a team.
