Jenson Fisher are working in partnership with a commercial, owner managed business based in Perth who are looking to recruit an Accounts Assistant on a permanent, full time basis. Reporting into the Office Manager, the successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring that daily deadlines are met.
On a day to day basis your responsibilities will include;
- Purchase ledger.
- Processing invoices.
- Payroll administration.
- Purchasing administration
- Use of Sage finance software.
- Use of computer programmes including Excel.
- General office administration.
