Our client is a privately-owned business based in Skipton who are looking for an Accounts Assistant to work within their small finance team in this newly created position. The company is looking to continue its growth strategy so this is an excellent time to join this busy organisation.
- Fully responsible for the processing of purchase ledger invoices and associated reconciliations
- Dealing with supplier statement reconciliations, and resolve any supplier queries
- Prepare the weekly payment schedules
- Responsible for the posting of company expenses and credit card payments
- Assist the finance team with adhoc transactional tasks
