Our client is looking to Purchase Ledger Assistant to join there finance team for a immediate start based in Houghton Le Spring.
Hours of work are Monday to Friday between 9.00am-5.00pm.
Main duties include:
- Matching, checking and coding invoices.
- Working out VAT payments.
- Making payments via BACS and cheques.
- Processing staff expenses.
- Setting up of new supplier accounts and maintaining existing account details.
- Reconciliation of supplier statements.
This will be a temporary on going contract.
Candidates must have experience in a similar role.
