An award winning, International business has approached Howarth Morris on an exclusive basis to assist in recruiting an Accounts Assistant to join their busy finance function in Bramhall. This is a not to be missed opportunity with a business who have shown fantastic worldwide growth over the past couple of years. My client requires an expert in both sales and purchase ledger as well as some month end responsibility. Reporting into the Finance Manager, duties include:

• Raising Sales Invoices
• Raising and maintaining purchase order system
• Posting Purchase Invoices
• Posting and reconciling bank accounts/credit cards
• Balancing Inter Company Loan Accounts
• Petty Cash
• Maintenance of Debtors and Creditors Ledger
• Processing of Expenses
• Prepare monthly balance sheet schedules
• Posting month end journals
• Updating the MasterCard Spreadsheet
• VAT Returns

You will be able to demonstrate excellent communication skills, both verbally and written and have strong organisational skills. Sage 50 experience is desirable but by no means essential but you must have strong Excel skills. If interested please apply!
