Accounts Assistant - Ammanford - 6 month temporary contract - ASAP start
Your new company
My client is currently recruiting for an Accounts Assistant, to support the Accounts Department of their busy office in Ammanford. They are an independent SME with a great brand name in the market in which they operate.
Your new role
Accounts payable processing.
Accounts Receivable processing.
Dealing with ad hoc queries.
Assisting with month end reporting.
Knowledge of Quickbooks would be desirable but not essential.
What you'll need to succeed
The ideal candidate must be part or fully AAT level 2 qualified (or equivalent as a minimum) and have 5 GCSE's grade A-C including Maths and English. Or experience equivalent.
Highly organised individual with keen attention to detail.
Excellent IT skills.
Experience of working in a busy office environment.
Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
