Accounts Assistant

Our Client seeks an Accounts Assistant to join their established team.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Using Sage Line 50 to process accounts payable invoices
  • Sales Ledger
  • Purchase Ledger
  • General accounting & administration input to computer system
  • Posting manual and production of invoices
  • Set up of supplier accounts
  • Checking invoices against deliveries
  • Checking goods received notes against purchase invoices

Qualifications and Skills

  • Must have experience of using Sage 50
  • Microsoft Excel to generate reports
  • Microsoft Word
  • Attention to detail
  • Good telephone manner

Temp-Perm Role - Salary negotiable
