A 6 month temporary Accounts Assistant contract, based in Rotherham for a Manufacturing business

Your new company
A manufacturing business in Rotherham are looking to recruit a temporary Accounts Assistant on a 6 month contract basis.

Your new role
As an Accounts Assistant you will be reporting to the Financial Controller, your role will be varied your job duties will include:

Processing, checking, recording and issuing sales invoices and credit notes
Ensuring the sales invoices are filed correctly with the proof of delivery
Take responsibility of Credit Control and resolving customer queries and reduce the aged debt
Process cost information
Assisting with Purchase Ledger
Handling queries

What you'll need to succeed
You will need to be immediately available or have a short notice to start as soon as possible.
you will need to have recent and relevant accounts experience, be comfortable debt collecting and processing high volume invoices.

What you'll get in return

37.5 hours a week
