Temporary Accounts Assistant with Customer Service in Central Sheffield

A national organisation is looking to recruit a temporary Accounts Assistant who has an excellent telephone manor as there is a customer service element to the role
Your new role
As an Accounts Assistant you will primarily be responsible for processing Purchase Ledger invoices,
this is high volume purchase ledger, inputting onto their accounting software- coding and managing queries. This role will also include bank reconciliations and statement reconciliations .
The Customer Service element to this role is to deal with the customer queries, so you will be trained in the clients product information.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need to be immediately available or have a short notice period.
You will have recent and relevant Accounts experience primarily within Purchase Ledger. You will be comfortable with picking up telephone queries and have an excellent telephone manor.
