My client, a growing group of companies is keen to appoint an experienced accounts assistant to work as part of a small team.
Reporting into the Finance Manager, you will take control of the ledger administration for the group.
Duties will include:
• Sales Ledger control - creating invoices, allocating cash and customer liaison
• Purchase Ledger control - full responsibility from invoice input, to statement reconciliation to making payments
• Cashbook maintenance
• Wages processing
• Monthly ledger control / close off
• Ad hoc duties as requested
The role will suit an experienced accounts administrator with solid sales and purchase ledger experience. Knowledge of CIS would be an advantage, but is not essential for the role.
The role is based in Leeds city centre but has the advantage of offering free parking.
You will have a flexible approach, excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a small busy team. AAT study support is available for the right candidate.
