Your new company
This growing organisation is looking for a number two in the finance department to work with the finance manager. They are looking to bring someone in, into a temporary to permanent role. They are looking for someone who is immediately available and therefore ready to start as soon as possible.

Your new role
This Accounts Assistant role will have varied day to day tasks including:

  • Purchase Ledger - including processing purchase invoices, input purchase payments, reconcile ledger accounts to statements, Sales Ledger - manage the sales invoicing using Excel and create sales invoices via Sage, input and reconcile customer payments and Process Bank Income and Expenditure.

What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate will need to be immediately available, will be able to get to South Birmingham on a daily basis. They will have previous experience dealing with the computer system SAGE and will have basic finance knowledge.
