New accounts assistant role in Bath with some supporting HR duties.
Centrally based role in Bath. Hands on role suiting someone with a hands on approach to perform the following duties -
- Accurate invoicing for each client through Kashflow and Excel
- Recording all client payments, purchase and bank payments
- Recording and reconciling petty cash
- Uploading payments for assessors and paying suppliers
- Investigating failed payments
- Credit control - chasing customers by phone and email
- Processing direct debits
- Recording HR absences,
- Processing new joiners, offer letters, references, payroll information, internal formal communication to employees
Ideally you will have some experience of bookkeeping / accounts and will be able to act calmly under pressure and meet deadlines. Great supportive team with growing company.
