Due to a dramatic increase in market shares an exciting Accounts Assistant job role has arisen within the financial department of a leading retail business.
Your new role
This role will include assisting with the processing of sales/purchase ledger entries. Preparing both employee payroll and VAT returns, as well as monthly invoices. Producing and analysing regular financial reports. This role will also entail attending department meetings and collection and entry of various financial databases.
What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in being considered for the role you will need to have a minimum of 2 years experience within a Finance or Accounts department. Candidate will also have SAGE experience. They are seeking a candidate who is motivated and will be able to use their initiative and work to tight deadlines. All applicants must have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
What you'll get in return
You will be offered a competitive salary of up to £25K depending of experience, plus an annual bonus of up to 15%. Paid holiday allowance of 23 days.
