Accounts Assistant

Working within the Finance Department, this Accounts Assistant role will typically involve:

• Daily invoicing
• Uploading invoices
• Reconciliations
• Allocating payments
• Chasing outstanding payments
• Dealing with queries
• Coding supplier invoices
• Processing BACS payments
• Assisting with other ad hoc duties, including purchase ledger and reporting

What experience will you need?

• Relevant accounting experience, including sales ledger & credit control
• Attention to detail
• Fantastic customer service skills
• Sage 50 & Excel would be advantageous
