Small Company in Greenford expanding requires a person Qualified by Experience Full Time Accounts / Credit Control Assistant, helping In-house Accountant.
Right Candidate must have Sage Accounts, Credit Control and Microsoft Office experience as essential requirement.
Shared duties include setting up of New Sales / Purchase Ledger, Posting Purchase Invoices, Daily Banking, Issuing Supplier Payments, Posting Cheque Payments, Reconciling Supplier and Customer Accounts, Issuing Sub-Contractor Payments, Liaising with Installation and Service Department to assist in carrying out effective Credit Control.
Candidate must have good command of spoken and written English. Flexible and Multi Tasking ability. Must be a team player in our small Company. “
Qualification/Experience in accountancy
Experience using Sage 50
Intermediate/Advanced Excel - Knowledge of Vlook-up required
Able to meet deadlines
Ensuring accuracy with data entry/price checking
Willing to take on responsibility and be proactive
Good Communication skills written and verbal
