Accounts Assistant - Holt

This role is ideal for someone looking to kickstart their career in an excellent training environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Accounts preparations for a variety of different clients including partnerships, sole traders and limited companies
  • Preparation and filing of VAT returns
  • Bookkeeping duties
  • Keeping up to date technically
  • Attending of client meetings
  • Management of own workflow within scheduled time

Requirements:

  • AAT/ATT qualified or equivalent
  • At least 2 years of experience in Public Practice Accountancy
  • Extensive knowledge of bookkeeping
  • Experience with accounting software such as Sage
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
  • Detail orientated and organised
  • Able to conduct and utilise research
