Reliable and experienced Accounts Assistant required for a busy Accounts office based in Chadwell Heath, Essex.
Main responsibility to supervise and maintain the purchase ledger, including payment to sub-contractors. Be able to meet deadlines
Experience and knowledge of Sage 50 essential
Knowledge of payroll would be an advantage and assistance with out fleet management system
Being in the construction industry we are conscious of cost control and you would be required to input data onto to our costing system.
You will also be required to perform other duties and assist our Accounts Manager as necessary
Competence in excel would be a requirement and have the ability to be able to create reports etc
