Accounts Assistant

The well-trained & friendly staff who create the Coffee Republic experience for our customers, led by great management teams and talented people, are key to our business, but our support team plays a vital part in ensuring consistency and quality throughout our brand.

We are currently looking for an enthusiastic, motivated and organised Accounts/Coffee Republic To Go Assistant to join our Finance Team. The CRTG concept is designed to sit within existing businesses who wish to offer a premium High Street Branded Coffee to their customers alongside their own products and services.

You will be reporting to the Head of Accounts & this is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing company in the centre of London.

Main Duties:

Purchase Ledger- Processing and inputting invoices into Sage Line 50

Sales Ledger- Invoicing customers and credit control
Payroll- Fortnightly wages and Monthly salaries using Sage 50 Payroll
Bank- Reconciling multiple bank accounts
Reporting- Assisting in preparing monthly management accounts

Service Planning- arrange technician calls
Invoicing- customers and credit control
General CRTG Admin

And other Ad hoc tasks as required.

The ideal candidate should have the following attributes;

Able to work independently and prioritise your workload efficiently, as well as working as part of a team effectively
Previous accounts experience
Experience with Sage Payroll & Sage Line 50
Good IT skills, particularly Microsoft Excel and Word
Maintain high attention to detail whilst working under pressure
